FLOOR SAFETY

At Hatton & Lilly Horse Floats we use a 50mm thick treated timber hardwood floor which is built to last many years. Recently we have been contacted by owners of other branded horse floats concerned about the safety of their floor. On closer inspection many of these floors are NOT fit for a horse to be standing on. One was only 2 years old and rotten through. WOF inspectors will not assess the safety of your floor as part of the warrant check.
